How to: Link tables from another Access database.
Solution:
Open the database to which to link tables, select 'Get External Data' from the 'File' menu and select 'Link Tables...', specify the database and the table(s) to link, and choose 'OK'.
1) If the destination database (the database to which to link tables) is not already open, open the database.
2) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Get External Data'. (A submenu appears.)
4) Select 'Link Tables...' from the submenu. (The Link dialog box appears.)
5) Make sure 'Microsoft Access (*.mdb;*.mdw;)' is selected in the 'Files of type' drop-down list box.
6) Select the drive where the source database (the database from which to link tables) is located from the 'Look in' drop-down list.

7) Select the folder that contains the source database from the 'Look in' list box. (The database file is displayed.)
NOTE: If the database file is in a subfolder, continue selecting folders until the desired database file is displayed.
8) Select the database file. (The file is highlighted.)
9) Click 'Link'. (The Link Tables dialog box appears.)

10) If the source database has a database password:
a) Type the password in the 'Password' box.
b) Click 'OK'.
11) Select each table to link. (The table is highlighted.)

12) Click 'OK' to link to the selected table(s). (The selected table(s) appears in the destination database, with an arrow in front of the name(s). )
NOTE: If two linked tables from the same source database already have relationships established, the relationships remain in effect in the destination database.
